My name is Tammy Gibson and I am a professional dancer, movement specialist, and master teacher who has travelled the globe performing, teaching, designing fitness programs, and inspiring others to move for over 20 years!
I am a dancing mom of 2 amazing kids, Lilly and Finn. Some of my accolades include the Radio City Rockettes, soloist in the Broadway show Fosse, performed with many incredible artists including Hugh Jackman and Beyonce, and appeared in commercials, TV, and film.

I founded Skinny Dip Fitness because movement should feel good! Your body craves it. It is refreshing, like plunging into a cool pool of water on a hot day. Skinny Dip Fitness is a lifestyle that embraces the balance of the mind/body/spirit and is all about moving from a place of awareness and intention.

Throughout the year I offer classes and workshops for causes that are meaningful to me. All proceeds are donated to charitable organizations. Animal rescues, victims of human trafficking, sexual abuse, and underprivileged children are some of the worthy categories I serve.
