My name is Tammy Gibson and I am a professional dancer, movement specialist, and master teacher who has travelled the globe performing, teaching, designing fitness programs, and inspiring others to move for over 20 years!

I am a dancing mom of 2 amazing kids, Lilly and Finn.  Some of my accolades include the Radio City Rockettes, soloist in the Broadway show Fosse, performed with many incredible artists including Hugh Jackman and Beyonce, and appeared in commercials, TV, and film. I am a graduate of New York University Tisch School of Performing Arts where I obtained my bachelor of fine arts in dance and had the opportunity to study for three years with one of Joseph Pilates “Master Inheritors,” Kathy Grant. I am forever grateful for the wealth of knowledge I obtained from Kathy Grant and for that “aha” moment where I began to execute movement from a true place of awareness and intention. 

 

I went on to complete my Pilates certification in 2003 and designed and currently facilitate the onboard Mind Body At Sea program for Crystal Cruises.  My thirst for more information led me on a journey to become a certified level 2 GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® instructor, an advanced barre instructor, Liquid Motion 2.0 instructor, pre-post natal fitness, aerial yoga teacher and yoga practitioner for 22 years!
